In the news, you hear a lot about the Internet, and most of it bad: scams, viruses, identity theft, child predators - it's enough to make you want to shut your computer down and not use it. But Don't! Because now, you no longer have to live with the constant stress of worrying whether or not you're at risk. Come to my speech and find out. I will separate fact from fiction about computer security. I'll tell you where the real dangers lie, what to do about them, and help you develop habits that will keep your computer, your identity, your money, your kids, and a few other things safe while online.
